HOW CAN I CONTACT DKS MACHINES?

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We try and always ship from the USA. However, if we are out of stock we do have warehouses in China and other countries which may end up being the shipping origin.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Aiming to provide the best and fastest service we ship ASAP. However, we understand when things change and get in the way. That being said we will try and accept any cancellations if requested within 12 hours of ordering. But if it has already been packed and shipped we apologize and would love to offer something as compensation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We try to process orders as fast as we can, however please allow extra time on holidays and weekends. We try to have them done same day but can be a behind a bit.
